Available EPTI Sequences
2D EPTI Sequence (Single-shot and Multi-shot)
Sequence details: Single-shot EPTI, multi-shot EPTI, 2D excitation, with SMS acceleration; different field strengths.
Image contrast: Multi-echo gradient-echo, spin-echo.
Siemens EPTI
EPTI sequences are freely available upon request through the MGH-C2P Website or via the Siemens Teamplay C2P Exchange.
• Supported platforms: Siemens 3T (VE11C, VE11E, XA30) and 7T (VE12U).
• Platforms under development: XA60/61.
Version Notes
- _v202506 (current) — Fixed signal fluctuation in certain slice groups caused by RF spoiling in the fat-saturation module. (Important!: Turn off “RF spoiling” in the Special Card (part 2) or default protocol after updating.)
- _v202309 — Added coil-by-coil shot-to-shot phase correction for multi-shot EPTI (improves temporal stability).
- _v202308 — Optimized reconstruction for 3 T GESE protocols 3 & 6; fixed minor bugs in GESE/EPTI-customized BART files.
- _v202307 — Added two GESE protocols for 3 T; improved shot-to-shot phase correction for multi-shot EPTI.
- _v202306 — Initial release.
