Don Straney isn’t slowing down during the COVID-19 pandemic. A staff electrical engineer with the Martinos Center’s human imaging core, Straney is volunteering with two different projects responding to the crisis. With the Charlestown Face Shield Project, he is forming face shield visors to donate to hospitals in need of PPE. At the same time, he is designing printed circuit boards for another COVID-19 project.
