The International Stroke Database is dedicated to providing the international stroke research community with access to clinical and research data to accelerate the development and application of advanced neuroinformatic techniques in clinical settings to improve patient management and ultimately outcome. We provide the following resources to interested collaborators:
  • Simulation perfusion data for verifying deconvolution algorithms used in bolus-tracking perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI)

  • Programs for performing deconvolution of bolus-tracking PWI

  • Programs for performing DTI tractography

  • An automated program for etiologic classification of ischemic stroke -- Causative Classification System for Ischemic Stroke (CCS)
